In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)
Job Summary
INN Behavioral Centers Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated RBTs and ABATs to join our team. The technician will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, deliver direct ABA therapy services, and support clients in achieving meaningful behavioral and developmental progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior-analytic services as outlined in clients' individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
- Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress during each session.
- Assist in the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Communicate effectively with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress, concerns, and session outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
- Build rapport with clients and utilize positive reinforcement strategies to support learning.
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers, therapists, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow all company policies, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA/confidentiality standards.
- Complete required documentation, session notes, and progress reports in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification and enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR active ABAT certification through the QABA Board
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable transportation (if providing in-home or community-based services)
- Must pass a background check and any required health screenings
Physical Requirements
- Ability to actively engage with clients, including sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting or physically redirecting clients as needed for safety
- Ability to work in a variety of settings (home, school, or community-based)

In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
Job Summary
INN Behavioral Centers Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to design, oversee, and supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, skill assessments) to determine client needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals/programs as needed.
- Conduct parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills across environments.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, educators, and other providers for a coordinated care approach.
- Ensure all documentation, session notes, and treatment plans meet regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Maintain compliance with BACB/QABA Ethics Codes and applicable state/federal regulations.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current on best practices.
- Support crisis intervention and behavior management strategies as needed.
- Oversee quality of care and clinical outcomes across assigned caseload.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or QBA credential per state requirements.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- State licensure/certification as required (e.g., LBA, LABA, depending on state).
- Prior clinical experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make clinically sound treatment decisions.
- Experience with ABA service documentation and case management.
- Reliable transportation for in-home, clinic, or community-based sessions, if applicable.
