Our Leadership & Clinical Team
Irmelle Norvil
As a Qualified Behavior Analyst and the founder of INN Behavioral Centers Inc., my mission is simple: to help children and families build the skills they need to thrive, not just in the therapy room, but at home, at school, and in the community.
I founded INN Behavioral Centers on the belief that every individual deserves the chance to navigate new beginnings with confidence. That philosophy shapes everything we do, from the way we design treatment plans to the way we partner with families every step of the way.
As your child's behavior analyst, my goal is to work alongside you to build practical, effective strategies that fit seamlessly into your family's daily life. Every recommendation I make is grounded in data, refined through collaboration, and tailored to your child's unique strengths and needs. I believe that meaningful progress happens when clinical expertise meets genuine partnership — which is why I prioritize open communication, family involvement, and goals that reflect what matters most to you.
With over 5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, I've had the privilege of supporting children and families through milestones both big and small; from first words to independent routines to renewed confidence in everyday life. At INN Behavioral Centers, we don't just aim for progress; we aim for lasting, generalized growth that empowers your child wherever life takes them.
